TALLER Billy Falcon

A lot of people been talking about what ought to be done
On the ground where the towers stood
Well that's a tuff question
Some say they'd build them right back
Me, I'm not really sure that they should
Some say they would make it a garden
A place you could go for a walk
A spot for reflection, some shade trees and fountains
A nice place to just sit and talk
Then I asked a soldier back from the war
If it were up to him, what would he do
He said :
Build them taller, build them stronger
Two hands to heaven reaching for the sky
If it were up to me, I'd build them twice as high
Build them taller

We'd be asking for trouble, It could happen again
That's the world we live in today
Well I share their concern and I understand
But I'm not sure I see it that way
Some say they should put up some buildings
On the river a new neighborhood
A place where people could live
A park where children can play
Those ideas they all sounded real good
Till I asked a mother who lost her son on that day
If it were up to her, what would she do
She said:
Build them taller, build them stronger
Two hands to heaven reaching for the sky
If it were up to me I'd build them twice as high
If it were up to me, I'd build them taller
